Mas de l’Aven – A villa we’ve enjoyed renting out for over twenty years

Some villas leave a lasting impression. For me, Mas de l’Aven is a wonderful example of that.

We’ve been renting out this villa for more than twenty years now, and during that time we’ve seen it grow into one of the most beautiful villas in our portfolio. When we first came here back then, the property consisted of a ground floor and a simple upper floor. The foundation was solid, but the villa wasn’t yet what it is today.

The current owner has invested heavily in quality, comfort, and appearance in recent years. It hasn’t been a single major renovation, but rather an ongoing quest for improvement. And you can see that in every detail.

What strikes me every time I visit the villa is that every detail has been carefully considered. The luxurious outdoor kitchen with its beautiful wood-fired pizza oven, the stylish lounge areas, the high-quality patio furniture, the fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances, and even a portable sound system with a built-in wine cooler. Inside, too, quality is the priority, from the comfortable mattresses to the luxurious finishes in the bathrooms and living areas.

The location completes the picture. Despite the tranquility and complete privacy of the three-hectare property, you can even take a walk to the charming center of Lorgues if you’d like. And this isn’t just any village. In our opinion, Lorgues is one of the most beautiful and charming places in Provence, with excellent restaurants, cozy outdoor cafes, and, of course, the famous Tuesday market.

Furthermore, Mas de l’Aven is only available for a limited number of weeks each year. That is precisely why it is a villa that many guests look forward to visiting year after year.
